January 2, 2017 Store #D212096 Centennial Parkway Las Vegas, NV 3:00 PM Ordered Shrimp meal and a 3 piece chicken dinner (replaced chicken for fish) Side of hushpuppies Large Slaw Potato Wedges were cold Coleslaw was old, not fresh. Shrimp and fish were dark When I told the manager in charge, Anne, about the problem, she offered to cook items fresh for me.

I was the only person in the store. Why weren't these items being cooked to order to begin with? This is the same 'ole same 'ole for this Long John Silvers. I am asking for someone to listen.

I keep going to this location and getting bad food. I have complained to the manager before and it got me nowhere. It didn't even seem like he cared.

His employees are completely changed everytime I have gone in there. Doesn't anybody at Long John Silvers care?
