Long John Silvers - Rudeness,product quality
Hello my name is Whitney Guyton and I recently visited your location near I-240 and Western in Oklahoma City I visited your location on July 13th or July 12th and was very upset by the customer service in the quality of the food I am quite concerned due to the employees that you have working for you I live in on Norman Oklahoma but was visiting friends in Oklahoma City that night so the receipt was left at home but I have my sister send me a copy of the receipt to my phone via email. I also told her to contact the manager on duty to let them know that I was arriving to pick up the food because I wanted it replaced the customer service was rude and unprofessional that night also the chicken in the fish tasted sour since we do love Long John Silver's I just wanted the food replaced Once I arrived and spoke to your manager on duty by the name of Patrick he was very rude didn't care about my concerns didn't want to hear the issues of that night but just wanted the receipt I told him that I didn't have the receipt physically but I had it sent to my email he didn't care and he told me that he cannot help me sorry
