I would like to get my back it was all grease and Cole slaw was very nasty we got home ate a bit it was a gross . You need go in there as someone else they don't look like they care about there job .

LJS never reached out, I received no apologies no replacement food for the leftover food they sold me 5 minutes before they closed that was too tough to eat and for the young man's rude response to my comment. I'll NEVER eat there again.

Quality of Food

My food was refried and it was not hot at all the fish was extremely hard I ordered a number 4 and added 3 shrimp and only thi bff was good was the drink. I have tried for a while darn day and no one answers the phone I couldnt take it back the same day because my son had to be to work for 3pm that day. I deserve a gift card or something plus a free meal the meal was horrible and I hate spending and wasting my money.

I ordered one fish two chicken meal. The chicken strips were the sizes of three french fries put together it was burned so crispy I had to peel off the breading to eat the match stick of a piece of chicken the fish was half as thick as normal also burned the hush puppies almost broke my teeth. The coleslaw is good the girl that drive through was not what you would call chipper. I asked if they still had a drink with the meal and she said no and slammed the door to get me change. I had to ask for my receipt.

Ordered lemon cake,they didn't have any I took chocolate instead

They were supposed to give me chocolate cake cause they were out of lemon,I didn't receive the chocolate cake and was charged for it,$5.35 for it. I don't home many days I called,it always went to voicemail.i don't have a car so it's hard to get around. So yes I'm very very pissed. And my food tastes like it sat and recooked. My receipt number is 1327 store 70250 from what I can read

Dissatisfaction with product

LJS used to be one of my favorite places to eat. After today--no more. Your fish fillets are so thin lately, by the time they go thru the fryer, its like chewing on a piece of leather with breading. Don't screw around with your signature product. You've cheapened it so much that it's insulting. Get the quality of the meal back where it belongs!!
