I sent my brother to pick up some food because I have breast cancer and can't get out very often. He ordered a $6 popcorn basket and a 2 piece fish and fry.

This was a simple order that even my very young granddaughter could have filled. She argued that you don't have $6 shrimp baskets of any kind and was very rude to him. When he got back I called the store and she repeated the same to me by yelling and as to the 2 piece fish and Frye, she said he asked for 2 add a piece fish. I know this is a lie because I wrote a note down for him to order from.

She was yelling and being rude to the both of us and it was all uncalled for!!! I will never be back until that hateful screaming Lanette no longer works for you. I teach, work in the court system and the medical field. I intend to make sure everyone within ear shot knows what a pathetic company Long John Silvers is and to never go there ever again!

I was sent a message from your company that said," $6 shrimp baskets are back and the popcorn shrimp was one of them. So, in essence she was calling me a liar VERY LOUDLY SCREAMING IN MY EAR! THE FOOD WAS CRAP AND burned so badly that a piece could be heard hitting the table when dropped. I want my money back.

Maybe next time you will screen your employees a lot more carefully! Especially those that are in a position of authority!!! I expect to hear back from you immediately and take care of this awful person that calls herself a manager. (And I use the term manager loosely.) All she managed to do was embarrass herself including your customers that I doubt you will have back in the future.

Because she sure managed to bite the hand that feeds her! There will also be an upcoming article in the newspaper with pictures and details!

User's recommendation: I would tell them that they should dine elsewhere, anywhere but the Long John Silvers on South Roan Street in Johnson City If they had any ideas of a pleasant dining experience and no burnt food!!!

So far so bad. I received an email from LJS with a $5.00 coupon for my trouble.

Well my trouble was $60.00 and not a peep.

Because I said I ws unsatisfied I received an automated response. Other than that there has been NO attempt by LJS to correct the issue.

Crickets from the company and the local restraunt says they can do nothing.

May I suggest that if you are considering Long John Silvers restraunt that you look elsewhere. Don't order on line.

Mistake #1. The order was paid for but nothing at the restraunt. Wife went to pick up order and was told there was none. She then placed an order at the restraunt and left.

One problem. Mistake #2 - check your order. She came home without the shrimp she paid for. Mistake #3 - I went to back across town to the restraunt and received the shrimp.

They gave me additional shrimp for my trouble. But I'm still out over $50.00 from the original order. while in the restraunt I order a 6 piece crab cake. When I got home I looked at the receipt and saw that the restraunt charged me for 6 individual crab cakes, not the 6 piece meal.

Surprise! Over charged, the difference between the two items is about 5 bucks.

Another cheat. The store in Killeen Texas #70102 is some place to stay away from.

I have called several several times they have only answered one time I have them my name and number to tell them the food was had and cold 4pieces of fish hush puppies and fries the only thing I was able to eat was the slaw I have had a stroke I can't drive I've even sent my niece up there to the Paducah store and they said they can't do anything cause it's not put in the book so I asked to speak to a manager she said sorry there is no manager here I don't know her name that talked with my niece she said she had red hair this is awful I never get a bad order from there and the one time I do this is how I'm treated

Hello, so i literally paid over $30 for two meals and im a little upset because they do not come with drinks which is a total rip-off. Doesnt matter if its a platter or meal, its the same thing. When u order the number meal u want, u should get a drink with it. I dont see why yall jack your prices up so high and dont get much at all and still dont get a drink. Uncalled for.

I ordered food from the Fairmont wv location they didnt give me receipt after I asked and they failed to give me my food so I called in at 9:15-9:20 and they close at 9:30 and they wouldnt allow me to come back because they were closing mind you early!! So I go back next day manager refuses my money back even after I offer to show her off my online bank that I did pay for something I didnt get!! I have told all of my family and friends and non of us will eat at this location again and to top it off my kid and husband who got their food got sick from it!!

I wrote a complaint on Monday never heard back I went to the long John silvers in elizabethtown and I was placing an order and after she told me my amount it was $13.52 and I used a brand new $15 gift card I had and when I gave the cashier my gift card she ran the card in the machine 2 times and after the second time she said I only had $1.52 left on my card but it was brand new so I took something off and my order was $10.25 and I just went on and paid but while I was waiting for my order I called the hotline to check and they said I had a charge of $13.52 and $1.48 and $13.52 was originally my total at first so they took my whole gift card and I complained to the manager on duty and she said she couldnt do nothing and they took all money off my Gftcard and I paid $10.25 also

On 02/26/24 around 6PM. Store Manager was more interested in training the help then taking this customers order so I left that store and drove to location 2217 S.Limestone St. Springfield, Ohio. That manager was the only one behind the counter focusing on the drive through customers ignoring the three in store customers until I got her attention. She then called for help back in the kitchen. I informed her that I would be filing a complaint on both stores with her saying all right. I left that store and ate at one of your competitors.

Dining Room

I like LJS seafood. However, I also like to eat in the dining room while the food is still warm. We have tried to stop in at the LJS at 1711 Boulevard in Colonial Heights Va for the past few weeks and the door to the building is locked but the drive-thru is open. There is a sign in the windows that says the dining room is open and employees can be seen inside, they do not seem to be busy. So is the dining room going to be opened or are they expecting to close the restaurant? I hope not.

Sept 2, 2023 shortly after ordering my food through the drive thru of Long John's silver store 31166, I discovered a Human tooth..I reached to corporate which had the store contact me. After showing the supervisor the tooth found in my food and reassuring me that the liability insurance people were going to be contacting me soon, (they haven't as of yet), long John's silver has stopped communicating with me. NO WRONGDOING was done from any employee. This tooth was inside the fish from wherever long John's silver get their food.

I went to Long John Silvers on my lunch break located in South Point, Ohio. As I pulled in, I noticed not a single car was in drive thru.

None. I thought, "cool. Quick trip!" I pulled up to the drive thru menu, already knowing what I wanted, and waited on someone to take my order. All of a sudden, a man comes across the speaker and yells, "we are short handed, it's going to be a while!!" That's it.

That's all he said. I didn't even know what to say back to such rude customer service. I just sat there for a second and drove off. Pathetic service.

I literally go there 3 or more times a week for lunch. Never again.
