When am I going to be able to speak with someone. One of your stores denied a double transaction regarding two separate bank cards with plentiful funds in them.
It's not so much that we were inconvenienced, had to then test the cards afterwards at a Walmart after your machines failed at the register to see if the banks put a hold on our cards, but we were embarrassed exceedingly and had to seek another place to have dinner.
So far no apology from you, no conversation at all, no response from your organization over the phone. No complimentary coupons offered, Nothing and no respect given to the customer like it never happened.
At the very least I would expect a conversation or some form of response.
Reason of review: mistreatment.
Preferred solution: conversation first.
I didn't like: Mistransaction no dinner.
