Long John Silvers - Foul language

Ordered L1... fish and onion rings old and over cooked. I could only eat the shrimps since it was freshly made. Sauce condiments were not iced. ( cocktail sauce and tarter ) ( bacteria growth )
Trying to eat my meal and the employees were using cursed words. ( dropping the s word and f) I couldnโt tolerate it any longer and went up to register to ask for a to go box. While I was standing, waiting with another customer ( middle aged woman- pony tail ) all we could hear was foul languages and one male employee was talking ill to a customer, who was standing next to me. He was calling her FAT *** ) I couldnโt believe they were talking to a customer behind her back. Let alone, calling her foul names. Little did they know, she was standing right there because there was an issue with her order. I was so irate that I asked to speak with the manager. One of the male employee handed me my to go box and I asked to speak with the manager ( if viewing the surveillance camera Iโm the one wearing light blue scrubs - time around 8:20 pm)
When I told her my complaint, she just smiled and said okay. I told her itโs not okay. Then they started talking in Spanish so couldnโt understand. Sadly, the woman they were talking ill too ( and now me) she speaks Spanish.
Please take immediate actions and speak to your manager and employees working that evening.
