Long John Silvers - Customer complaint
I went through the drive through at your location in Lewisville, TX. On Hebron Road.
My survey code is 917231****732112. I ordered a combo with 2 pieces of fish, hushpuppies, french fries and a drink for $6.99. I got home and there were no huspuppies in the bag so I called the store because there were no hushpuppies in the bag. Once I got home there were no hushpuppies in the bag I called and asked for the manager on duty and the young kid that waited on me said he was.
I asked him did my meal come with huspuppies. He told me NO I looked at my receipt and it did come with 2 hushpuppies. Now why would you hire someone who would abuse your customer by lieing to them? I shouldn't give you my opinon,because I AM JUST the customer,RIGHT?
If the employee will lie to you HE will steal from you, again, thats is just my opinion.I said that because I dont know enough about the kid but if he will lie to you, he will steal from you. Please call me when you I would like to come and pick up my refund for the items I ordered but did not receive.
