Needs upgrade, Store #31534, ticket number #4329

4-6-2019. Our Muskogee store on Shawnee really needs an upgrade. It just looks run down & old. There is only one chair that needs to be repaired other than that the other furniture looks fine. To celebrate the 100th Anniversary for A & W their ice cream machine was down. How can you have a root beer float in a frosted mug if there is no ice cream? The staff was dressed unprofessionally except the lady running the drive thru. She looked to be in uniform. Our food was a little well done and very, very greasy. We hadn't been in a long time and now I remember why. The ladies bathroom needed to be cleaned, the trash looked like it had not been emptied from the night before. I say that because the restaurant had only been opened for about 10 minutes. There was a customer that their order had been lost. One of the employees did come out to offer an apology, he finally got his meal, 20 minutes after we got ours.

Noone answered I called about my visit today to 3660 Parkway Pigeon Forge poor qualitly of food was over cooked cashier charged for wrong dinners overcharged i asked for 6 pcs of extra chicken at .99 each should of been $6 not 11.34 my clams were overcooked like rubber could not eat my food came to 55.60

When in restaurant to get food for family employees and for me they were out of most everything and was fading behind the counter when I complained of that they said the manager knew it wasn't a problem they could see that smoking cigarets was but they pin was not When I said it was still had a lot of chemicals in it that people could be an allergic to and they shouldn't be doing it she got rude and well I'm just not satisfied with it at all. It was not only one employee vape and it was to and so was some of the customers that I believe we're married to the employs

Order mistake. I asked for 9 chicken, 3 fish.

When I got home I had the opposite. I tried calling the store number listed on receip and it rang and rand and then said goodbye. I want to let them know of their mistake and can’t wven reach them. I don’t live that close to them either.

I don’t even eat fish, so I only got 1 piece of chicken myself. I’m pissed about the situation and want someone to call me. When you pay $32.99 for a meal, you should expect it to be right!

The receipt is correct, just whoever filled the order got it wrong. And I don’t fill like driving all the way back there in traffic to correct it today.

LJS In Des Moines,Iowa SE 14th street store ~ arrived, ordered and PAID at 7:57pm. At 8:40pm we FINALLY got our meal. The Super Sampler platter-half was cold and the other saturated and dripping oil. We went to the Acworth, GA Long John Silvers store on Sunday and they refused to honor the TV add and said they were a franchised store and they did not have to. Well that would be ok but this is only location of LJS in a 30 mile radius of Acworth and no other LJS in Cobb County, so they should be made to honor the Tv add or the add should be dropped in this area for tv. I am a member of the Acworth and Kennesaw Business Assocations and plan on talking about this in our next meeting. Also, this store has always had rude management and tables not cleaned often. How hard is it to put 5 things into a box

Yes, we made the mistake of going through the drive through. They screwed up our order and of course we cannot see the contents of the boxes until we get home. Yep, short 3 chicken planks. I call and wait for several minutes only to have the call terminated from the other end. So I call again. This time I get Sherron - who would not spell her name for me when I asked. Sherron was not a very pleasant lady to say the least and as I explained to her the problem she decided to yell at her staff for bungling my order. She said I could come and get my chicken planks if I wanted to and I said that I wanted the whole meal redone because half of it would be cold. She did not like this. I also asked if there would be any coupons available since I would be wasting my time having to go get the food again. She really got pissy and said they don’t do coupons of any sort. I’m looking at some as I write this. So I asked to talk to the manager, and of course it was her. I then asked for the number of her direct superior and was told that she does not have one. That I was welcome to fill out their survey. Sigh My wife has left just to get our money back... I do not trust these people not to do something nasty to my food. Basically, the service has been *** the last couple of times at this location so I should have known better.

Mostly poor service in the last 10 years or so

Again last week I went to ljs and was again disappointed. The person taking orders was right on the *** of being outright rude. Didn't seem to care if I ordered or not even though the place was empty of customers. They don't participate in any of the specials...no all you can eat fish and fries on Sunday, no fish tacos. Fish pieces were smaller than usual. The only thing good I can say is the potato wedges are a big improvement over the fries they usually have. During thise past 10 years or so I've had three of their employees who were actually friendly and helpful. The others and I suspect the one last week was one that's been there a long time, have all been people I would never keep as an employee if I ran a business. I do think this one may even have been a manager. As I said they had no other customers so I wouldn't be surprised to hear they will be closing that one and only location we have here withing 100 miles. This is in CAsper Wyoming
